Adventure with Dogs ships within Australia & New Zealand.

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that delays may occur due to courier issues or high order volume during peak periods.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@adventurewithdogs.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If your new product is not a perfect fit, we’ll happily exchange it. We accept exchanges within 14 days of product delivery.

For us to accept the return of your product, it must be:
in the original condition, as you received it – not used or altered in any way; and
shipped back in its original, undamaged box – including all original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@adventurewithdogs.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
