CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@adventurewithdogs.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If your new product is not a perfect fit, we’ll happily exchange it. We accept exchanges within 14 days of product delivery.
For us to accept the return of your product, it must be:
in the original condition, as you received it – not used or altered in any way; and
shipped back in its original, undamaged box – including all original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@adventurewithdogs.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
