Warranty

All products sold through Adventure with Dogs include a manufacturing warranty, which assures that the item is free of defects in workmanship and materials (“warranty”).

This warranty does not cover personal injury or losses.

Warranty periods

A warranty period always commences from the date that an item is sent to the customer. 

This warranty period does not reset for any reason – unless the customer purchases an entirely new product. In this case, that product will be covered by its own warranty period. It does not affect or increase a warranty period for another purchased item.

  • PAWTRAX products – 24 months
  • All other products – 12 months

Inclusions

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects only.

If a product is damaged as a result of a departure from its design specifications during production, this is a manufacturing fault or defect.

This may occur if – for example – use of incorrect textiles during manufacturing causes a dog bed to disintegrate, or if improper stitching leads to weakness in a dog harness

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage through normal wear and tear
  • Damage through adverse weather conditions
  • Damage through inappropriate use

Claims

If you feel that your product is faulty or defective, please submit a warranty claim here, so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.  We will assess your claim, and if your product is deemed faulty or defective, we will issue you a replacement product at our expense or a refund.

Second-hand purchases

All warranties apply only for the original purchaser, to a product purchased from Adventure with Dogs. On-selling a product voids any and all warranties.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your new purchase. If it isn’t perfect, we’ll happily exchange it. Adventure With Dogs accepts exchanges within fourteen (14) days of product delivery.

For us to accept the return of your product, it must be:

  • in the original condition, as you received it – not used or altered in any way; and
  • shipped back in its original, undamaged box – including all original packaging.

We recommend that you ship via Australia Post to ensure that you receive a tracking number. We are not liable for lost packages during the return process.

Sale products

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on sale products or products that have been customised. 

Fees

The purchaser must pay all shipping costs incurred in returning the product/s – with the exception of goods being replaced under warranty.

Refunds

We provide refunds only for items that are faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied. 

If you have purchased a product in the incorrect size or you have changed your mind, we will issue you a store credit. 

Refunds are processed via your original payment method within seven (7) business days of receiving the product/s.
